terms of service

I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not believe I can fulfil it.
In general I'm fairly open to drawing most content, with potential increases in price based on detail, or whatever is being depicted.I will draw: OCs, Armour, Varying body types, Animals, Suggestive content, Mild/medium gore
I will NOT draw: Anything offensive (any -isms), strong NSFWANY ARTWORK COMMISSIONED CAN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE USED TO TRAIN AI[I] PAYMENTAll commissions will be paid either via paypal or stripe, depending on the customer's preferences.
All commissions are paid upfront, with payment accepted in either USD or GBP.
Payment will be completed via an invoice.[II] PROCESSI will start work once the payment is completed.
Work in progresses will be sent after the initial sketch, completed lines, and after the finished rendered piece. The commissioner can ask for additional updates at any time.
The commission will be completed within three months at most.[ III ] CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will aim to complete the commission exactly to your specifications, so if you have poses in mind giving references is the best way to get a piece completely to your wishes. Even if you are not an artist yourself, a doodle showing roughly what you are wanting can help a long way.
If you are commissioning an OC please provide picture references, if you do not have any then this may incur additional charges.
During the WIP stage, I will offer to make any changes to the piece, however after the initial sketch phase if any of these changes are significant (e.g total pose change, outfit change, etc) then I may have to add additional charges. However, minor changes can be done at this point without any additional charge.[IV] COPYRIGHTI retain copyright to my art, if you wish to commission me for a piece where you retain all rights, that will come under commercial use, and will require a different fee.
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece for personal use, for example banners, profile pictures, printing, wallpapers, etc.
The commissioner will retain all rights to any OCs that I draw for them.The following is not allowed under the personal use prices:
Reproducing or using the artwork commercially
Editing the artwork, (some edits can potentially be done with permission from myself, but you have to ask first)If you have any questions about the terms please feel free to get in contact with me, I am generally very flexible
